Office | Call Center
Office | Call Center is an interior design project for an office space dedicated to a call center, in Bucharest, with a built area of 525 sqm. The central theme of the intervention was to create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere within a demanding work environment, by combining warm materials with an efficient organization of the open-plan space.
The ceiling becomes the space's main identity element: curved wood slats interweave with perforated metal panels in a hexagonal pattern, integrating linear lighting and generating a fluid composition above the workstations. The walls are treated with timber panelling and perforated screens with a geometric pattern, which visually filter the work areas without fully enclosing them.
A living green wall, placed as a central accent, brings natural vegetation into the heart of the workspace, complemented by a world map drawn on one of the walls and a mosaic-patterned floor in mustard yellow and grey tones. The open-plan office areas are organized into islands, with flexible furniture and break-out points discreetly integrated within the circulation.
The result is a workspace that balances the efficiency of a call center with a warm, organic visual identity, designed to reduce the sense of pressure specific to this type of activity.
